PAYMENT & INSURANCE POLICY
The practice does not accept insurance at this time. Superbills are provided at the end of each month and include the necessary information to submit out-of-network claims.
If your child has been sick within the past 48 hours, please contact the office to move your appointment to teletherapy or to cancel. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours, without the use of medications including Tylenol, before coming for an office visit. Because we work so closely to your child’s mouth, our concern is not only your child’s health, but also maintaining the health of our staff and other families. Thank you for adhering to this sick policy.
The practice maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy.
With more than 24 hours notice, we are happy to try to accommodate your schedule to the best our ability. You will be charged for sessions cancelled within 24 hours and/or missed sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged at 100%.
Virtual visits are offered in 30 and 45-minute increments depending on your child's needs. Please contact the office for more information.
